SalesDash tracks the performance of sales teams that work with quotes and signed deals. You can follow the full journey from first quote to closed deal, measure revenue per agent, and see how efficiently your team converts conversations into sales.

What you can track

Quotes

Every quote sent is recorded with the agent, the value, and the customer it was sent to:

  • Quotes sent — number of unique customers who received a quote (multiple revisions to the same customer count as one)
  • Quote value — total value of the most recent quote per customer

Deals

When a customer signs, the deal is recorded separately:

  • Gross sales — accepted and cancelled deals combined
  • Net sales — accepted deals only
  • Revenue — total value of accepted deals
  • Cancellation rate — the proportion of deals that fall through

Combining quotes and deals

With both activity types tracked, SalesDash can connect the quote stage to the outcome:

  • Conversion — gross sales divided by quotes sent
  • Average deal value — revenue relative to the number of deals closed

These metrics help distinguish agents who send many quotes from those who close effectively.

If your team also makes or receives calls, call duration and volume can be tracked alongside the above.

Configuring what is visible

Every metric in SalesDash can be enabled or disabled, and optionally restricted to management view only. You decide which numbers your agents see, which are shown in competitions and on slideshows, and which are kept in the background for your own reporting.

Performance and motivation

Once your metrics are in place, SalesDash gives you a set of tools to keep performance visible and give your team something to compete for:

  • Competitions — leaderboards, milestone challenges, and head-to-head showdowns between agents or teams
  • Goals — individual and collective targets with progress tracked in real time
  • Achievements — badges awarded automatically when agents reach milestones
  • Slideshows — live standings and goal progress displayed on office screens throughout the working day

How your data connects

Your CRM connects to SalesDash and tracks both quotes and signed deals (such as Salesdock, Exact, or GoHighLevel). If your team also makes or receives calls, a telephony system can be connected alongside it.
