SalesDash tracks the full funnel from ad spend to closed deal. You get a clear view of campaign performance, your sales team's results, and the relationship between the two — including ROAS per client.

What you can track

Campaign performance

Ad spend and incoming leads are tracked at the campaign level, not per individual:

  • Ad spend — total spend per campaign or client
  • Leads generated — incoming leads from your campaigns

Sales team performance

Your setters and closers are tracked individually:

  • Sales calls — calls made and their outcomes, per agent
  • Deals closed — signed deals per agent
  • Revenue — value of closed deals per agent

Combining campaign and sales data

With both sides of the funnel connected, SalesDash can calculate metrics that neither your ad platforms nor your CRM can produce on their own:

  • ROAS — revenue divided by ad spend, per client
  • Cost per lead — ad spend divided by leads generated
  • Cost per sale — ad spend divided by deals closed
  • Closing rate — deals closed divided by sales calls, showing how effectively your closers convert conversations into revenue

Configuring what is visible

Every metric in SalesDash can be enabled or disabled, and optionally restricted to management view only. You decide which numbers your agents see, which are shown in competitions and on slideshows, and which are kept in the background for your own reporting.

Performance and motivation

Once your metrics are in place, SalesDash gives you a set of tools to keep performance visible and give your team something to compete for:

  • Competitions — leaderboards, milestone challenges, and head-to-head showdowns between agents or teams
  • Goals — individual and collective targets with progress tracked in real time
  • Achievements — badges awarded automatically when agents reach milestones
  • Slideshows — live standings and goal progress displayed on office screens throughout the working day

If your team is split into setters and closers, SalesDash can show each group only the metrics relevant to their role.

Client dashboards

SD360 is an add-on that lets you create a live dashboard for each client. Instead of preparing periodic reports, your clients get a real-time view of their campaign and sales performance — scoped to their data only, accessible whenever they want it.

You control what each client can see. Metrics and layout are configurable per dashboard.

How your data connects

Your ad platforms connect to SalesDash alongside your sales CRM. Common ad platforms include Meta and Google Ads; common pipeline tools include GoHighLevel. If you work with multiple clients, each client's systems connect independently — their data is kept separate, with one view across all of them when you need it.
