Field Marketing

SalesDash tracks the performance of door-to-door sales teams. You get a clear picture of how much activity your agents put in each day, how that converts into signed deals, and how results compare across individuals and teams.

What you can track

Door activity

Every door approach is recorded with the agent, the moment, and whether the door was opened:

  • Doors touched — total approaches per agent
  • Doors opened — approaches where someone answered

Sales

Every signed deal is recorded with the date, the proposition sold, and the agent who closed it:

  • Gross sales — total deals signed in a period
  • Net sales — deals that have not been cancelled
  • Cancellation rate — the proportion of deals that fall through

Combining door activity and sales

With both activity types in one place, SalesDash can calculate metrics that give a fuller picture of performance:

  • Conversion — sales relative to doors touched or doors opened

These metrics help distinguish agents who work hard from agents who work effectively.

Configuring what is visible

Every metric in SalesDash can be enabled or disabled, and optionally restricted to management view only. You decide which numbers your agents see, which are shown in competitions and on slideshows, and which are kept in the background for your own reporting.

Performance and motivation

Once your metrics are in place, SalesDash gives you a set of tools to keep performance visible and give your team something to compete for:

  • Competitions — leaderboards, milestone challenges, and head-to-head showdowns between agents or teams
  • Goals — individual and collective targets with progress tracked in real time
  • Achievements — badges awarded automatically when agents reach milestones
  • Slideshows — live standings and goal progress displayed on office screens throughout the working day

How your data connects

Your CRM connects to SalesDash and supplies both door activity and sales data (common systems include Salesdock, Briggs+Walker, and TapRaise). Additional systems can be connected alongside it if needed.
