Threshold & Milestones

In threshold competitions there is no ranking between agents. Each agent earns a reward by reaching a target, independently of what others score.

Step

A set of shared milestone tiers. Each tier has a score threshold and a reward. Agents are placed in the highest tier their score reaches. Agents who don't reach any tier's threshold receive nothing.

Participants are managed via the Agents tab after creating the competition, the same way as leaderboard types. You can link agents individually or link one or more teams dynamically.

Configuration:

  • Steps — a list of tiers, each with:
    • From — the minimum score required to reach this tier
    • Reward — what is awarded to agents who land in this tier

Example: A quarterly calling competition. You configure three tiers: from 50 calls earns a €25 gift card, from 100 calls earns a €75 gift card, from 200 calls earns a weekend trip. An agent who finishes with 120 calls lands in the 100-calls tier and earns the €75 gift card.

Individual goal

Like Step, but instead of shared tiers each agent gets their own personal threshold. Participants and their thresholds are configured together directly in the form — there is no separate Agents tab for this type.

Configuration:

  • Agents — a list of entries, one per participant, each with:
    • Agent — the agent this threshold applies to
    • From — the minimum score this agent must reach to earn the reward

Example: The same quarterly calling competition, but with individual targets instead of shared tiers. You set each agent's threshold based on their level: seniors need 150 calls, juniors need 75. Each agent is only measured against their own target.

Collective goal

The whole group works toward a single shared target. All participants' scores are summed together and compared against the goal. If the combined total meets or exceeds it, the goal is reached — if not, it is not. There is no partial result.

Participants are managed via the Agents tab after creating the competition.

Configuration:

  • Goal — the combined score the group must reach in total

Example: Instead of individual targets, the team needs to collectively log 1,000 calls this quarter to unlock a team dinner for everyone. Each agent's calls are added together. If the total reaches 1,000, the goal is reached and the reward is unlocked for the whole group.
